Ben Dowson BA, NSCA-CPT, SI
Structural Integration Practitioner · Personal Trainer · Movement Specialist
Ben Dowson takes an integrated approach to the body, combining structural integration, deep-tissue bodywork, strength training, and movement education to help clients move with greater ease and physical confidence.
His work is particularly well suited to those navigating chronic pain, hypermobility, joint dysfunction, or longstanding movement limitations. Rather than treating an isolated symptom, Ben looks at the larger picture—structure, biomechanics, movement patterns, history, lifestyle, and the demands a client places on their body—to understand what may be limiting performance and quality of life.
Before founding Structural Therapeutics, Ben led massage and manual therapy at a longevity and sports performance clinic in Aspen, working with professional athletes, executives, outdoor enthusiasts, and individuals with complex or persistent pain. His own movement background includes gymnastics, acrobatics, climbing, dance, and powerlifting, giving him an unusually broad perspective on strength, mobility, coordination, and physical performance.
Ben studied Structural Integration at the Rolf Institute in Boulder and is an NSCA-accredited personal trainer. His continuing education includes Functional Range Conditioning, biomechanically informed strength training, nervous system regulation, and sports injury recovery.
At Flow State, Ben brings these disciplines together to create thoughtful, highly individualized work—helping clients understand their bodies, build physical resilience, and develop the capacity to live and perform at their highest level.
